Apex Mechanical Corporation is the oldest of three contracting and maintenance companies founded and still owned by the Rickman family. Each part of this trio complements the others--Apex Mechanical focuses on service and maintenance of existing work, Crescent Contracting Corporation provides plumbing and HVAC work on new construction and renovation projects for numerous city and state agencies, and Jerome Environmental Services specializes in lead and mold testing and abatement to keep older buildings up to modern safety standards.
